Product Introduction

The servo robot arm mainly consists of two parts: the transmission system and the control system. The transmission system is powered by a servo motor, which drives the robot arm to rise and fall. The control system is controlled by a Ferran controller to perform logical control and run algorithms. Sensors are used to sense the state and environmental information of the robot arm, and actuators are used to perform corresponding actions.

At the same time, the closed-loop control characteristics of the servo motor are used to achieve precise speed control, precise position control, and precise torque control, making the robotic arm have better working efficiency.

Compared with pneumatic robotic arms, electric power-assisted arms have a smoother operation effect. The robotic arms can accelerate and decelerate linearly, and rise or descend more smoothly. At the same time, the robotic arms have an automatic weight balancing function, which can instantly weigh the load weight according to the weighing sensor and instantly calculate the lifting force.
