IAD series soft rope intelligent hoist is composed of servo drive, servo motor, reducer and controlled by microprocessor. It has the characteristics of easy operation, high precision, intelligence, speed controllable, safe and reliable, and can maximize production efficiency and ensure the labor safety of workers.

Product Introduction

The working principle of the soft rope intelligent hoist is that the motor drives the nylon drum to rotate, and the nylon drum rolls the wire rope to produce linear motion. At the same time, the closed-loop control characteristics of the servo motor realize precise speed control and precise position control.

The control handle is the main interface between the operator and the lifting equipment. The operator controls the lifting of the equipment through the handle and adjusts and obtains corresponding information through the display screen above the handle.

The soft rope intelligent hoist can be used with carriers such as folding arms, cantilevers, and gantry tracks.

Function Introduction

a. Infinitely variable speed handle:

It can realize weightless handling of materials with different ingot weights without switching or adjustment;

b. Easy speed control:

The equipment can move synchronously with the operator and can move at the speed selected by the operator, which can be fast or slow, making it very suitable for operating environments where high speed is sometimes required in a load and slow and precise operation is sometimes required;

c. Millimeter level accuracy:

The equipment can achieve an accuracy of ±0.1mm, ensuring that operators have the necessary precise control when lifting parts.

d. Security protection:

The equipment is equipped with leakage protection, brake, power-off self-locking, software limit, anti-rebound function and anti-fall function as standard
