Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for participating in the determination of projects, formulating specific project schedules, implementation plans, resource allocation, daily project follow-up and feedback, and participating in the budget and accounting of projects;
2. Coordinate with leaders of various functional departments the resources required for the project and related work of the company, and be responsible for communicating with the marketing department on the progress and results of project implementation;
3. Participate in the formulation of project acceptance standards and participate in the specific acceptance work of the project;
4. Participate in the formulation and summary of various relevant documents of the project, and communicate with engineers in a timely manner about the content of project-related documents;
5. Responsible for the daily task management and follow-up within the company, and responsible for participating in the management of the company's morning meeting;
/> 6. Coordinate with procurement, finance and other departments to purchase and transport various engineering materials;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.


Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of project implementation and management experience, with mechanical and electrical engineering related project management experience preferred;
2. Have a comprehensive understanding of the project implementation process, have rich project management knowledge, and be familiar with project management theory;
3. Familiar with the research and development of automated production equipment and production process;
4. Strong communication, organization, coordination and execution skills; have strong independent work ability and ability to solve difficult problems; work efficiently, have a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and strong learning ability;
5. Those with project management certificates are preferred;
6. Those willing to learn advanced international corporate management methods and implement them in practice are preferred;
7. Fresh interns with a background in mechanical and electrical majors who are interested in project management.

Control Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build and transplant the robot controller platform framework, and develop each module;
2. Build and debug the hardware of the control system;
3. Be responsible for debugging the robot system and solving problems encountered, and continuously improve the control system.


Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in automation, control engineering, mechanical electronics, etc.
2. Proficient in C/C++;
3. Understand real-time bus technologies such as EtherCAT and CanOpen, and understand PLCOpen specifications.
